Job Description
As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually engaging digital experiences. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality designs that enhance user satisfaction and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
● Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
● Understand business goals and user behavior to create user-centered design solutions.
● Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability tests to identify areas for improvement.
● Translate complex requirements into functional and user-friendly interfaces.
● Build and iterate design prototypes for stakeholder review and user feedback.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design objectives with technical feasibility and business strategy.
● Maintain consistency across designs while customizing experiences for different user groups or platforms.
● Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
● Take ownership of end-to-end UI/UX processes for assigned projects.
Required Skills
● 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design roles.
● Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and impactful projects.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
● Excellent understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
● Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
● Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
● Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
● Effective communication and presentation skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
● Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
● Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
● Understanding of WordPress and CMS-based design workflows.
● Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
